Job Description

We are seeking a visionary to lead the development of our cutting-edge AI capabilities, transforming customer experiences through innovative NLP and Speech AI systems.

As a key member of our world-class ML team, you will be at the forefront of building industry-leading solutions that power real-world products for Fortune 500 enterprises.

You will work on challenging research and production tasks at scale, shaping the future of AI-powered contact centers and pushing boundaries in NLP/LLMs.

About You
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related disciplines from a top-tier institution with exposure to ML/DL/NLP.
  • 5+ years of industry experience in building large-scale NLP systems.
  • Strong understanding of ML and NLP fundamentals and practical aspects of building ML systems in production.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop state-of-the-art AI capabilities end-to-end from conception to production.
  • Work with cutting-edge tools and technologies in Machine Learning, Deep Learning & Natural Language Processing, including Large Language Models and emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to both ML modeling and building/maintaining production systems that power AI capabilities.
  • Optimize ML models and processing pipelines for performance, cost-effectiveness, and scale.
  • Mentor junior team members and influence peers/stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand pain points and business opportunities.
