Job Title: Chief AI/ML Architect

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary technology leader to design and implement cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. This role involves driving innovation, spearheading strategic initiatives, and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI/ML architectures using programming languages like Python, Java, or similar.
  • Develop and implement large language models (LLMs) such as RAG, fine-tune existing models, and self-host open-weight models.
  • Design backend systems using cloud platforms like Google Cloud, and deploy applications efficiently using Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Build AI models from scratch, develop and refine training/evaluation datasets, and apply effective data-cleaning practices.
  • Expertise in automated testing tools like Jest, Mocha, or similar testing frameworks.

 

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on AI/ML technologies and operations.
  • Advanced degree in computer science, information science, data science, mathematics, or equivalent hands-on experience in programming.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
