About the Role

This position will play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration across Business Units (BUs) and Lines of Business (LoBs) to facilitate Java discovery, analyze usage patterns, and coordinate with the Enterprise Architecture team to map target solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document and analyze Java usage throughout the organization by working closely with BUs and LoBs.
  • Collaborate with the EA team to identify migration paths and develop strategic plans for implementation.
  • Provide support in coordinating and planning Java application migrations, including execution and tracking progress.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business users, facilitating communication between BUs, LoBs, and technical teams.
Qualifications and Key Skills
  • Deep understanding of Java programming principles and their application in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and business domains.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience working effectively in cross-functional teams.
Desirable Additional Skills
  • Brief knowledge of software migration processes and considerations, with an eagerness to learn and grow.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant coursework or projects demonstrating Java programming expertise.

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders, and ensuring seamless Java migration processes.
