About the Role As an Enterprise Java Project Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing the enterprise-wide Java usage discovery analysis and migration project Your role will be pivotal in collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and aligning Java initiatives with organizational goals Responsibilities Lead and manage the enterprise-wide Java usage discovery analysis and migration project Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope goals and deliverables Coordinate with the Enterprise Architecture team to map out migration plans Oversee the execution of the migration plan and ensure timely delivery Provide regular project updates reports and risk assessments to senior management Manage project resources budget and timelines effectively Manage risk register and mitigation actions QualificationsKey Skills Required 7-8 years of experience in project management with a focus on IT projects Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools Strong knowledge of Java technologies and enterprise-scale applications Should be able to plan and lead the project with minimum guidance Excellent leadership and communication skills Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint capability Ability to drive cross-functional teams toward project goals Strong stakeholder management and collaboration Desirable Skills PMP or PRINCE2 certification Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles Familiarity with IT governance frameworks Educational Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Project management certification is a plus Schedule Full-time Req 008ZK5
