Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities
  • Transfer Pricing Compliance: Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations, document requirements, and submit reports to relevant authorities.
  • Advisory Services: Provide expert advisory services on direct tax and transfer pricing matters, including conducting benchmarking studies and economic analysis.
  • Tax Planning: Develop and implement tax planning strategies for clients, ensuring cross-border transactions are structured from a tax perspective.
  • Client Support: Offer comprehensive support to clients in handling tax assessments and litigation, as well as drafting submissions for tax authorities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster effective relationships with clients, tax authorities, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all relevant timelines and requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of direct taxation laws and transfer pricing regulations, with ability to apply this knowledge to complex business scenarios.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent drafting and communication abilities, with ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
