Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position is for a D2C Ecommerce Growth Executive in Pune. As an integral part of our team, you will lead initiatives designed to propel business growth and craft strategic roadmaps.

  • Market Analysis: Delve into market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Strategy Formulation: Develop comprehensive strategies that bolster our market position, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Implementation: Oversee the execution of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with our company's vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Closely collaborate with the Finance & Strategy Lead at the Founder's Office, contributing directly to high-level strategic development.
  • Show initiative and proactively approach challenges. Your ability to connect the dots in our dynamic startup environment will be key to driving efficiency and growth.
  • Maintain a curious mindset to uncover insights that could lead to innovative strategies.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in business development, strategy consulting, or a similar role within a startup or fast-paced corporate environment. Proven track record in driving business growth and strategic initiatives.
