**Job Title:** Adobe Campaign Developer

Job Description

The role of Adobe Campaign Developer is a critical one in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing Adobe Campaign Classic workflows on a timely basis with precision as per requirements.

They should be able to coordinate with Campaign Managers/Product on queries raised by them and translate them into Adobe campaign workflows.

  • The person would be accountable for designing, developing, and executing complex rules using Adobe Campaign including Java scripting.
  • They should be able to monitor existing communications, troubleshoot campaign and technical issues, make modifications to existing communications, and ensure communications are executed correctly.
  • Additionally, they will manage communication status reporting, define standard delivery reports, and create new adhoc reports using available tools (e.g. SQL, Adobe Campaign).
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this position, we require candidates with strong technical and programming skills, specifically in Adobe Campaign, Java Scripting, CleverTap, CRMNext, Siebel, etc.

Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA/BE with 1-2 years of experience in Adobe Campaign Classic is preferred. Banking experience would be advantageous.

  • Candidates should be well-versed in Adobe Campaign Classic, Java Scripting, SQL, CRMNext, Siebel, macros, excels functions, etc.
  • Problem-solving attitude and analytical skills to quickly understand business requirements and outline business benefits are essential.
  • Applying data program techniques and procedures is also required.
