Creative Strategy Leader

As a creative strategy leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and excellence across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft visionary ideas for campaign planning, scriptwriting, and copywriting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling pitches and presentations.
  • Present comprehensive creative plans to clients, ensuring high standards of quality and excellence.
  • Oversee the creative work process, ensuring award-winning quality and pursuing relevant awards for recognition.
  • Work closely with the Creative Lead, receiving direction, feedback, and references for campaigns and creative tasks.
  • Coordinate with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks, from social media content to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team on new ideas and concepts.
  • Break down complex briefs for junior creatives, promoting a smooth and efficient process.
  • Manage revisions based on internal or external feedback, setting realistic timelines that balance ideation and client goals.
  • Actively present throughout the production process, from idea generation to final product delivery.
