Job Title: Pump Technology Innovator

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive innovation in pump technology and lead our team in developing cutting-edge engineering solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, at least 17 years of experience in people management, and excellent leadership competencies.

  • Develop strategic growth plans for the group, collaborating with global engineering leaders and product management teams.
  • Oversee the design, development, and improvement of pump systems and related technologies.
  • Manage projects related to pump technology, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and professionals working on pump-related projects.
  • E nsure that pump systems meet quality standards, safety regulations, and performance requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and Global stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech or M.Tech).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership competencies such as strategic thought leadership, accountability for execution and results, courage, agility, and the ability to leverage global teams for success.
  • Technical knowledge of pump systems, hydraulics, fluid dynamics, and related technologies.
  • Problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and find innovative solutions.
