Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations in accordance with process guidelines and compliance requirements
  • Handle customer requests, transactions, and data processing accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining required quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Maintain documentation and adhere to process updates and SOPs
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and team meetings to drive performance improvement

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline
  • Prior experience in captive operations preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
