  • Innovation & Experimentation:
  •   Explore emerging technologies—AI/ML, automation, integrations, next-gen SaaS tooling.

You'll bring 8+ years of SaaS product engineering experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles, a startup mindset, and proven experience scaling teams, delivering complex projects, and mentoring diverse talent. Strong practitioner of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and deep knowledge of modern architectures, cloud-native design (AWS), APIs, microservices, automation are required. Bonus: Founder/entrepreneurial experience—or at least, the mindset of one.
