Technical Lead/Sr. Technical Lead/Technical Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead/Sr. Technical Lead/Technical Architect to join our team.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • They will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of .NET developers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time.
  • Designing scalable and efficient software solutions.
  • Conducting regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Working closely with product managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Identifying and resolving technical challenges, implementing solutions that enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, advocating for continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC, C#, SQL Server and .NET Core.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
  • Experience with database design and development, including SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
