We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Lead to join our team at KBros Aristo Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Development Lead, you will work closely with our interior designers and architects to develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERIOR DESIGNERS AND ARCHITECTS TO IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
  • COORDINATE SALES VISITS AND MEETINGS WITH CLIENTS TO CLOSE DEALS
  • MANAGE DAILY ORDERS AND ENSURE TIMELY DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
  • NEGOTIATE PRICES AND TERMS WITH CLIENTS TO MAXIMIZE PROFIT MARGINS
  • PREPARE REGULAR REPORTS TO TRACK SALES PERFORMANCE AND IDENTIFY AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on interior materials
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
