
Digital Marketing Strategist

Role Description:
- Growth marketers drive customer engagement through targeted initiatives and campaigns.
- Analyze user journeys to identify areas for improvement and increase conversions on digital platforms.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and digital marketing teams to design targeted campaigns based on customer personas and data insights.
- Use data analytics and segmentation to inform marketing strategies and measure their effectiveness.
- Develop end-to-end measurement frameworks for growth experiments and build dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work with business intelligence tools to extract, clean, and interpret large datasets.
- 2-6 years of experience in growth/product marketing for a digital business/apps.
- Customer-centric mindset and attention to detail are essential.
- Prior experience working with campaign management tools such as Moengage, Clevertap, Google Analytics, Adobe etc and marketing tools like Firebase, Appsflyer required.
- Hands-on experience with data extraction and interpretation tools like SQL, Power BI.
- Prior experience executing D2C campaigns and content strategy.
- Experience managing a digital portfolio for a bank/fintech/NBFC is an asset.
