Job Opportunity: Technical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a technical specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining integrations with various systems using advanced technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and fundamentals, as well as experience in at least two HR functional areas. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain integrations with various systems using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Configure and manage calculated fields, XSLT/XML transformations, and integration strategies.
  • Perform data conversions, migrations, and interface development between systems.
  • Write and review technical design documents, integration specifications, and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Provide technical support for modules, including troubleshooting integration issues.
  • Build and support APIs and middleware integrations with third-party HR systems.
