Job Title: Team Lead

About the Role:

The role involves engaging with stakeholders, coordinating national and international partnerships, and supervising short-term experts to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of project outcomes.

  • Holding overall responsibility for project advisory packages
  • Leading personnel assignments within budget

Key Qualifications and Experience:

A Master's degree in Environmental Policy, Economics, Forestry, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Proficiency in English & Hindi (B2 level) is also necessary. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of professional experience in sustainability and natural resources management, 8 years in business development, value chain promotion, and market linkages, and 5 years of management/leadership experience as a project team leader or manager in a company.

Additionally, the candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in projects in South Asia (region), of which 2 years in projects in India (country), and 5 years of experience in Development cooperation projects.
