Quality Assurance Director

The Quality Assurance Director will oversee quality assurance and control processes for real estate development projects.
This role ensures compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality, identifying defects, deviations, or non-compliances.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues and review construction documents, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards, leading and training QA/QC team members.
- Manage and maintain quality records and documentation, coordinating with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
A minimum of 20 years of experience in QA/QC roles in real estate or construction is required. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards is essential. Professional certifications like ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or CQM are preferred.
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is necessary. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success.
