Job Title: Cluster Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple centers within their designated cluster. They will work closely with center managers to ensure seamless implementation of programs, monitor resource allocation, and foster a collaborative environment that achieves organizational objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in skill development CSR projects.
  • Good experience in operations and team management skills.
  • 7+ years of experience in the skilling sector with a focus on mobilization and placements.
Operational Leadership

The Cluster Manager will provide strategic direction and operational leadership to multiple centers within the assigned cluster, focusing on enrollment and placements. They will implement programs, oversee center-level activities, manage resources, and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment to achieve organizational objectives.

  • Implement programs and ensure consistent implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with process metrics and quality standards while continuously seeking opportunities for program improvement.
Program Management & Coordination

The Cluster Manager will oversee the coordination and execution of programs across the cluster. They will collaborate with center managers to ensure program alignment with beneficiary needs and organizational goals.

  • Enable implementation of execution plans to adhere to project mandates and timelines.
  • Participate in formal meetings to share operational feedback with respective stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement

The Cluster Manager will liaise with internal stakeholders for operational requirements and cultivate strong relationships with community partners and other external stakeholders to enhance the impact and reach of the cluster.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams for operational requirements.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders.
People Management

The Cluster Manager will train and mentor center managers and support staff within the cluster. They will foster a positive and inclusive work culture, provide leadership and support to promote professional development and teamwork.

  • Enable optimal productivity level of reporting teams.
  • Implement performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of center operations.
  • Establish and communicate attrition reduction and employee satisfaction plans to center managers.
Resource Management

The Cluster Manager will manage budgetary resources effectively to maximize impact across all centers.

  • Monitor and optimize resource allocation, including staffing, supplies, and equipment.
  • Manage the budget for projects effectively, ensuring the allocation of resources aligns with program priorities and organizational objectives.
Documentation, Compliance and Quality Assurance

The Cluster Manager will prepare regular reports on program outcomes, financial performance, and other key metrics. They will maintain and review comprehensive documentation of program activities and impact.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to uphold service excellence.
