Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to manage our product lines and ensure they are presented in the most appealing and consistent way across all touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to balance operational efficiency with creativity and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage store and vendor relationships to ensure smooth coordination on orders, stock, and payments.
  • Update and track vendor and customer orders, payments, and inventory on a daily basis.
  • Maintain product listings and add/remove ready-to-ship pieces on our website.
  • Collaborate on line sheets, lookbooks, and product assortments in alignment with promotional campaigns.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in merchandising, fashion retail, or customer-facing roles with lifestyle/fashion brands.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with stores and vendors.
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital tools like Shopify, Excel, and Whatsapp.
  • Ability to balance operational efficiency with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Education in Fashion Management, Merchandising, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
