Design Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Transformation Specialist to join our team. As an Industrial Designer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming ideas into tangible designs and products that balance functionality, aesthetics, and innovation.

  • You will be responsible for conceptualizing, visualizing, and developing designs that meet customer requirements while aligning with our commitment to sustainability, user-centric innovation, and global standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio of projects showcasing their ability to take products from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present design concepts through 2D sketches, 3D models, renderings, and physical prototypes.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product development teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical requirements.
  • Lead design projects from concept to production, ensuring design quality, brand alignment, and timely delivery.
  • Provide industrial design support throughout the development process, ensuring preservation of design intent.
  • Conduct research on design trends, materials, ergonomics, and sustainable solutions across industries.
Requirements
  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Industrial design, Product Design, or Automotive/Engineering Design from a reputable institution.
  • Strong rendering and sketching skills, with the ability to visually communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design visualization tools.
  • Understanding of ergonomics, user experience, and sustainability-driven design principles.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
