Human Resource Executive Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resource Executive to join our organization. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and training
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Prepare and manage HR documents, such as employment agreements, and termination paperwork
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, and policy updates

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in management or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role or related field
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
