This role plays a crucial financial role in CXone operations.

  • Accurate hours tracking and customer master account management are key responsibilities.

  • Keeping commitments and handling delicate situations minimize liability exposure.
  • Adjusting customer accounts aligns with the Adjustment Policy.
Main Responsibilities:

This position requires consultative expertise in all areas related to CXone solutions provisioning, implementation, and deployment of technical and business solutions to clients.

The customer base includes public and private sector agencies and businesses with diverse information management and contact center environments.

Technical Expertise:
  • Staff-level technical configuration and programming are required.
  • Databases design and development, as well as application changes management.
  • Leading technical architecture, analysis, design, development, and enhancement.
  • Maintaining industry-leading contact center technology expertise.
Project Management:
  • Managing end-to-end system life cycle development of small to large-scale projects.
  • Developing costing proposals, risk analysis, and change control management.
  • Conducting comprehensive cost/benefit analysis and preparing business cases for projects.
Business Skills:
  • Presenting a professional image in conduct, attitude, and attire.
  • Assisting in developing client information management standards and evaluating technology trends.
  • Contributing to business area assessment, user needs analysis, and business systems design.
  • Assisting in comprehensive cost/benefit analysis and preparation of business cases for new projects.
