Job Summary:

This role involves working as a business development professional to identify and onboard new partners in the healthcare ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, experience in sales and sales management, and a proven ability to work independently and remotely.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Doctor Onboarding (Primary):
  • Approach independent doctors, clinics, and small hospitals across your designated area.
  • Explain AidNix benefits, including increased patient footfall via online visibility and referral networks.
  • Get doctors listed on the AidNix platform and ensure first appointments or patient referrals are completed for payout.
  • Lab & Medical Store Onboarding (Secondary):
  • Onboard diagnostic labs and medicine stores near onboarded doctors.
  • Explain AidNix platform benefits, including partner discounts, billing options, and free pharmacy management systems.
  • Enable discounted tests and medicine billing through our platform.
