Senior NetSuite Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Senior NetSuite Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of Record-to-Report processes, driving process improvements for month-end and year-end closing activities.

This Senior NetSuite Consultant will utilize best practices and methodologies to configure and manage NetSuite modules, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Revenue Management, Intercompany and Financial Reporting. Experience in collaborating with the Development team to develop custom workflows, scripts, and reports is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and delivering NetSuite implementation projects, with expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of NetSuite solutions for Record to Report processes.
  • Configure and manage NetSuite modules, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Revenue Management, Intercompany and Financial Reporting.
  • Drive process improvements for month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Development team to develop custom workflows, scripts, and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience with NetSuite, including R2R process implementation and support.
  • Proven track record in leading and delivering NetSuite implementation projects.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite business processes.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation) preferred.
