Job Title: NetSuite Professional

This role requires a highly skilled NetSuite consultant to lead implementation and support cycles.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of business processes, strong problem-solving skills, and hands-on NetSuite ERP configuration experience.

  • Evaluate customer requirements and map them to NetSuite functionalities.
Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive solution designs and guide clients throughout the implementation and post-go-live phases.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of ERP delivery including design, testing, validation, deployment, and user training.
  • Prepare detailed functional design documentation and configuration guides.
  • Create and execute test plans including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT, and Regression Testing.
  • Identify and execute data migration strategies using standard NetSuite tools.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues related to data, configuration, and processes.
  • Customize system features based on project scope and client requirements.
  • Deliver hands-on NetSuite ERP training in areas such as chart of accounts, tax configuration, multi-subsidiary setup, vendor payments, and bank transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving NetSuite capabilities and industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP implementation and functional consulting.
  • Proven experience in initial system setup and configuration, data migration planning and execution, master and transactional data setup, ERP cut-over and go-live planning.
  • Expertise in configuring company setup, chart of accounts, tax nexus, multi-subsidiary & multi-currency setups, vendor payment methods, banking, inventory, and sales modules.
  • Functional knowledge of sales & distribution, pricing, forecasting, procurement, BOM, production planning, inventory & stock management, QA, returns management, financial reporting, GL, P&L, Balance Sheet impacts.
  • Experience with NetSuite saved searches, workflows, and reports, basic scripting and customization, integration with CRM, HRMS, and Payroll systems, strong experience in testing methodologies and preparing UAT criteria.
