NetSuite Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Quality Assurance expert to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) and eCommerce integrations, with expertise in designing, writing, and maintaining manual and automated test cases, scripts, and test plans.

Responsibilities include performing end-to-end testing of NetSuite SCA and other eCommerce integrations, automating regression tests for key eCommerce workflows such as order-to-cash, inventory sync, tax/shipping calculations, and product updates.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, TestCafe, or similar, validating API integrations (REST/SOAP), 3rd-party connectors (e.g., Celigo), and backend jobs.

Other responsibilities include logging and tracking issues in defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA), working closely with the development team for resolution, conducting regression, functional, smoke, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT), and supporting test automation in CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant 3+ years of experience in QA/testing roles, with a mix of manual and automation testing.
  • Experience working with NetSuite (SuiteCommerce or SCA) and understanding of core ERP/eCommerce flows.
  • Netsuite SuiteFoundation Certification is mandatory, along with solid knowledge of test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestCafe).
  • Ability to write and maintain automation scripts in JavaScript, Python, or Java, strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail and excellent written and verbal communication, especially when working with cross-functional teams.
