About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Design Vision - Define and drive a holistic design vision for our products, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience across internal and external applications.
  • Team Leadership - Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in product management, engineering, and data science to align on product strategy, goals, and roadmaps.
  • Customer Engagement - Engage in early client discussions to shape design strategy and ensure end-to-end design ownership.
  • Design Standards - Maintain and establish a centralized design system with standards, patterns, and best practices for designing with AI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent.

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years of experience in product design within a technology or product-centric company.
  • Proven experience leading a team of designers who design and ship AI-powered products or features.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
