Senior Transition Architect

We are seeking an experienced Transition Architect to lead the design and execution of transition strategies for large-scale, multi-tower service transitions.
This role demands a strong balance of technical acumen, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills to deliver optimal results in dynamic, multi-vendor environments.
Develop comprehensive end-to-end transition approaches and plans for multi-tower opportunities spanning infrastructure, applications, cloud, security, network, and workplace services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define transition and transformation roadmaps that align with client business objectives and SLAs
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies through a structured governance framework to ensure a seamless transition
- Ensure the seamless integration of service management processes across the various service towers
- Partner with delivery teams to craft compelling transition and transformation value propositions
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in transition solutions design within IT infrastructure, cloud, network, and workplace services
- In-depth expertise in ITIL methodologies for service management and governance frameworks
- Strong knowledge of governance models, KPI tracking, and financial modeling for IT transition projects
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
