Project Lead Architect Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead Architect to spearhead our production team in creating and delivering high-quality client projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, proficiency in CAD and Revit software, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage junior staff members.
  • Lead the production team in developing, assembling, and issuing client deliverables using CAD, Revit, or other suitable mediums.
  • Coordinate work between staff members and external consultants.
  • Implement efficient production methods and improve processes.
  • Conduct site visits to review project progress and prepare detailed reports.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the PM/PL team to develop proposals, budgets, and bids for construction administration services.
  • Perform site surveys and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Pursue professional licensure or certification and IDP completion.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in architecture.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • Proficiency in CAD and Revit software.
