Job Title: Project Lead Architect

We are seeking a seasoned project lead architect to spearhead various projects, including industrial, pharma, FMCG, automotive, new energy & data centre initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Drive master planning, layouts, schematic & working drawings, PEB works
  • Lead BIM/Revit coordination and quality control efforts (LOD 100–400)
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of NBC, LEED, statutory codes & sustainable design principles
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit, SketchUp, Lumion skills are desirable

This is an exceptional opportunity for architects with 15+ years of industrial project experience and strong leadership abilities.

Requirements:

  • B.Arch degree from a COA-registered institution
  • Strong industry connections and network
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
