Data Driven Business Strategist

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for leading initiatives across sales, service, and marketing clouds. This will involve managing end-to-end business cycles and driving digital automation and user experience optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Salesforce-based initiatives to enhance sales, service, and marketing processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all DMS modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve channel partner experience and partner-facing features.
- Maintain seamless integration with SFDC across SAP modules.
- Develop and maintain data analytics dashboards and visualizations using Python and Tableau.
- Document workflows and knowledge bases using Confluence.
- Manage user stories, epics, and tasks in JIRA.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure delivery timelines.
- Drive innovative ideas and process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Gather, analyze, and document business needs into clear formats for developers and stakeholders.
- Act as the single point of contact for development teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on deliverables.
