Customer Support Representative
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive telephone, email, and webchat support directly to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately answer queries and questions by following procedures correctly and meeting agreed deadlines.
Furthermore, you will follow client-specific requirements to meet each client's exact needs, deliver a high level of customer service for all internal and external customers, and apply the processes and procedures of the team in daily work.
You will also achieve team and individual targets (KPIs, SLAs, quality targets), review and update procedures and documentation, contribute to the team, and maintain required levels of technical knowledge and behavioral standards.
In addition, you will build strong relationships with client teams, client representatives, and third-party providers, communicate with relevant parties using the appropriate communication channel and language, and perform additional tasks as requested by your manager.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to provide ongoing quality.
You should have a good understanding of Word and Excel and be able to work with tight deadlines. Additionally, you must be a team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues from other domains, client teams, and business areas globally.
