Key Responsibilities:
  • Campus Recruitment: Develop and execute strategies to engage with leading organizations and drive successful placements for our students.
  • Strategic Industry Engagement: Foster high-impact connections with industry leaders, secure distinguished guest speakers, and establish robust mentorship programs.
  • Career Services & Placements: Lead all aspects of the career services function, guiding students through their career development journey and managing the end-to-end placement process.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, ensuring seamless and valuable relationships.
  • Ecosystem Development: Cultivate a vibrant ecosystem of corporate partners that aligns with the institute's mission and provides a competitive advantage for our students and programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A seasoned professional with significant experience in corporate relations, business development, talent acquisition, or career services, preferably within the higher education sector or a related field.
  • Possesses a strong, existing network of senior-level contacts across various industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate industry trends into actionable initiatives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A deep understanding of the business landscape and the talent needs of modern corporations.
