Market Strategist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Trader to scale their independently developed strategies within our institutional-grade infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of profitability in cryptocurrency trading, strong understanding of market microstructure and execution dynamics, and the ability to communicate strategies and performance clearly.

The role requires a self-directed trader who can leverage proprietary research pipelines, execution engines, and low-latency technology to maximize profit while maintaining disciplined risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively trade cryptocurrencies and/or digital assets, identifying and executing profitable opportunities in real time
  • Develop, deploy, monitor, and refine discretionary and systematic strategies
  • Manage risk exposure within firm-wide limits and regulatory frameworks
  • Keep detailed records of trades, strategies, and market conditions to inform iteration and research
  • Share insights and collaborate with quant researchers and engineers to enhance alpha capture and execution efficiency
  • Stay current with macroeconomic events, order flow dynamics, and market microstructure developments
