Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, supporting end-users, and implementing security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain hardware, software, networks, printers, and systems to ensure optimal uptime.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive problem-solving strategies.
  • Administer user accounts, access rights, and security permissions to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Provide technical support to employees, resolving IT-related queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Oversee data backups, recovery processes, and disaster recovery planning to mitigate potential risks.
  • Implement and monitor IT security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and patching, to protect against cyber threats.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and service support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including laptops, desktops, servers, network devices, and other equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies and data protection guidelines to safeguard sensitive information.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an IT Administrator/System Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments, with hands-on experience with networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches).
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace, etc.) and good understanding of cybersecurity practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
