Logitech seeks a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with 3+ years of experience in AV technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to video conferencing systems.

About the Role

This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting video conference system issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving escalated support tickets from our Tier 1 support team
  • Assisting the Tier 1 support team by providing guidance to resolve tickets without escalation
  • Providing ad-hoc feedback about trends, new issues, and the voice of the customer
  • Assisting with related projects during periods of low technical support volume
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in AV technical support, including 1 year of video-conference troubleshooting experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn how to troubleshoot new technologies and communicate them to others
  • Adaptability to new processes and procedures while remaining up-to-date on existing standards
  • Previous experience with Video Conference Room Administration/Installation involving MS Teams, Zoom Rooms, or Google Meet software is strongly preferred
