Job Title: MERN Stack Developer

Colan Infotech seeks an experienced professional to design and implement scalable web applications using the MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN) stack.

This role requires a strong proficiency across the entire MERN stack, a passion for writing clean and efficient code, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
  • Integrate and manage RESTful APIs and troubleshoot issues across the entire application.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Actively participate in code reviews and agile sprint discussions to contribute to team knowledge and project success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of proven hands-on experience in MERN Stack development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, specifically Git.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable.
