Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and passionate Senior MERN Stack Developer to lead the development of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in MongoDB, , , and , along with a strong understanding of modern development practices, architecture, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Architect scalable and maintainable solutions with clean and efficient code.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across platforms.
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain coding standards.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
  • Manage deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
  • Expertise in MongoDB, , , and
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
  • Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management (Redux, Context API), and component-based design.
  • Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD).
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of Git, CI/CD tools, and agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure as code.
  • Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and logging frameworks.
