Role Description

This is a part-time (Remote) role for a MERN Stack Mentor
located in Chennai. The Mentor will be responsible for developing and delivering instructional materials, teaching and lecturing on MERN stack–related topics (MongoDB, , , and ), and providing hands-on training to students. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, conducting training sessions, and assessing student progress.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Full-Stack Web Development
  • Proficiency in
    MongoDB, , , and
  • Skills in Teaching, Training, and Mentoring
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate students
  • Familiarity with software development best practices, version control (Git), and deployment workflows
  • Prior experience in a similar teaching or training role is a plus
  • Relevant certifications in Web Development or related fields are beneficial
