Job Title: Mutual Fund Business Growth Leader

About the Role:

This is a highly influential position that will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive strategies for setting up and scaling the mutual fund distribution business. As a key member of our team, you will drive revenue growth, manage Assets Under Management (AUM), and lead the acquisition of new clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Team Development:
    • Formulate go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth and build high-performing teams.
    • Diversify and expand partnerships with distributors and other stakeholders.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and lead regional heads, relationship managers, and sales professionals.
    • Foster collaborative work environments that prioritize productivity and efficiency.
  3. Client Management:
    • Enhance client experiences through robust service standards and effective onboarding processes.
    • Implement initiatives to retain High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and retail clients.
  4. Marketing and Branding:
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote mutual fund offerings and amplify brand visibility.
    • Develop campaigns to increase awareness among clients and investors.
  5. Performance Monitoring:
    • Track performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership teams.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures to optimize business outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance or Marketing is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 10-15 years in mutual fund distribution or wealth management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skill Set:
    • Strong understanding of mutual fund products, financial markets, and client behavior.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to form strategic partnerships and drive business growth.
