About the RoleThis is a leadership position that requires strong commercial and pricing acumen, negotiation and communication skills, and ability to articulate and defend price levels when reviewing/analysing Domestic and Global deals. The ideal candidate will have experience in regional/global deal pricing, approval framework development, process innovation, and resource allocation and prioritization.
Responsibilities- Create or Engineer integrative solutions for regional and central functions in all stages of cross-functional development.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert and Consultations on global pricing policy and procedures to achieve business plan objectives.
- Develop efficient and effective tools, processes, and innovative solutions to increase analyst effectiveness, faster implementation & executions, strong yield management – measuring and actions.
- Collaborate with Global stakeholders (Memphis and other regions) to create a shared vision and align with US-global demand / creating a roadmap.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Pricing Leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of E2E pricing systems, analytical tools, visualizations, web applications & online report developments, System setup and testing, etc.
- Critical technical skills such as – VBA, SQL, SAS, Power BI, etc.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
