Job Title: Virtual Social Media Manager

We're seeking a skilled Virtual Social Media Manager to drive engagement and results across various social media platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with brand objectives
  • Create and manage content calendars for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral content to maintain brand relevance
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and build a loyal follower base
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights
  • Run paid promotions and boost posts as needed

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing social media for brands or agencies
  • Strong content sense and creative copywriting skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, Canva, etc.
  • Ability to analyze insights and adjust strategy for better performance
  • A flair for storytelling, brand voice, and building digital presence
  • Experience working in the tech or digital marketing space is a plus
