Job Title:

Senior Marketing Automation Specialist

This is a senior-level role that involves developing and executing complex marketing automation strategies using Adobe Campaign. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in Java scripting and SQL.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Adobe Campaign workflows on a timely basis, ensuring precision and accuracy in meeting customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into actionable marketing automation plans.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise in Adobe Campaign, JavaScript, CleverTap, CRMNext, Siebel, and other relevant technologies.
  • Design, develop, and execute complex marketing automation rules using Adobe Campaign, including Java scripting.
  • Analyze key campaign performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Help drive the migration of existing marketing communications to the Adobe Campaign platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Adobe Campaign, with a strong focus on software development and marketing automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to quickly understand and anticipate business requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
