Streamline Business Operations as an Automation Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge automation systems that drive efficiency and productivity.

This role involves integrating various tools into seamless workflows, ensuring streamlined business operations and enhanced customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement document automations (receipts, contracts, audit packs, authority forms).
  • Create Slack command workflows for one-click actions.
  • Configure and optimize Pipedrive CRM (fields, automations, deal stages).
  • Automate document generation (Google Docs → PDF → email → Drive storage).
  • Integrate DocuSign for e-signature workflows.
  • Automate onboarding workflows for Property Management tools (PropertyMe/MRI).
  • Route leads from funnels (ClickFunnels/GoHighLevel) and classify them via AI.
  • Build compliance workflows (intake checklists, missing-doc reminders, SLA trackers).
  • Maintain security, compliance, and reliability standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with no-code automation platforms (Make.com/Integromat, Zapier, n8n, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Slack integrations and app workflows.
  • Experience with CRM automation (Pipedrive preferred).
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace automation (Docs, Drive, Sheets).
  • Knowledge of DocuSign API/integration.
  • Ability to integrate with Property Management tools (PropertyMe/MRI) & BGL Simple Fund 360.
  • Understanding of compliance-sensitive workflows (finance, property, or legal).
  • Ops/Systems mindset: able to map messy business processes into structured workflows.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with AI-driven automations (lead classification, knowledge bots).
  • Familiarity with Australian property or SMSF compliance.
