At a leading IT solutions firm, we are seeking an expert Power Automate Specialist to fill a critical role. In this position, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to design, implement, and maintain automation workflows that integrate Microsoft 365, Business Central, and Jira Service Management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building intricate Power Automate/Logic Apps workflows for ticket creation, enrichment, and notifications
  • Monitoring flow execution and troubleshooting automation issues
  • Developing automation to sync SharePoint content, customer contacts, or Business Central triggers with Jira Service Management
  • Supporting the development of SLA tracking and reporting dashboards using Power BI and SharePoint
  • Maintaining accurate documentation for all created and updated workflows
  • Collaborating with QA/QC and Jira Consultant to ensure operational workflow compliance
  • Performing test automation with sample ticket scenarios to validate functionality

To succeed in this position, candidates should possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience working with Power Automate or Logic Apps
  • A basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Bonus points for experience with Jira/JSM
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt
