Job Title: Agile Project Coordinator

Are you a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for leading cross-functional teams and driving business results through agile methodologies?

We are seeking an exceptional Agile Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for facilitating sprint ceremonies, planning sessions, retrospectives, and demos. You will also work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that project deliverables are met and that the product backlog is up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate sprint ceremonies, planning sessions, retrospectives, and demos
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Manage multiple stakeholders, including backend teams and other ARTs
  • Risk management and escalation management
  • Lead team and chase down work products
  • Perform strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of IT experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification
  • Strong knowledge of Jira and MPP
  • Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
