Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Risk Rating Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating internal ratings for Corporate and SME clients, as well as tracking industry developments and managing stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Internal Rating Validation: Validate internal ratings for Corporate and SME clients across various industries.
  • Industry Risk Scores: Periodically review and update industry risk scores, including assessment of new industries as deemed appropriate.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage various stakeholders, including senior management from Credit and Business functions.
  • Goal Setting: Define and facilitate the achievement of goals and key performance indicators for direct reports.
  • Talent Development: Nurture talent within the team by providing guidance, ongoing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.

  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
