Infrastructure Development Manager

As a senior civil engineer, you will lead and oversee project execution activities ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery as per project specifications and organizational standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and execute site activities in line with project timelines and approved drawings.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Supervise contractors, vendors, and manpower to ensure proper utilization of resources.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams for smooth execution.
- Resolve technical site issues and provide guidance to junior engineers.
- Ensure timely reporting of progress, delays, risks, and cost impacts to management.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, monthly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements at site.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of construction laws and regulations.
- Experience with project planning and scheduling software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
