
Cloud Industry Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional to join our organization in the Cloud Industry. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will provide subject matter expertise on security, privacy and regulatory compliance to various teams within the organization.
Your responsibilities will include working with sales teams to identify business opportunities, understanding customer technical objections, and developing strategies to resolve trust-related blockers.
You will also assist policy personnel in technical conversations with industry bodies and other third-parties, provide feedback to product management, and develop programs to enhance knowledge of trust throughout the sales organization.
In addition, you will serve as a public advocate of cloud computing at conferences, industry training and related events.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective customer service strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Provide subject matter expertise on security, privacy and regulatory compliance
- Assist in identifying business opportunities and resolving customer objections
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in customer service or sales
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
