We are looking for a skilled Senior Engineer to join our team in CNS Procurement Quality.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the quality assurance and control related to special grade steel like Hi Chrome Mn Steel Alloys steel. This includes product qualification development process control related to foundry process.

Your role will play a crucial part in the consumable business, contributing positively to customer success with excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage quality assurance and control processes
  • Develop and implement process controls for foundry operations
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments
  • Lead the development of quality deliverables
  • Create and build systems for quality audits and reporting
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in the foundry industry
  • Casting technical know-how and quality inspection capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of metallurgical principles and heat treatment processes
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle technical aspects
  • Familiarity with advanced quality tools such as APQP PPAP FMEA Mega Casting Simulation
